Security
Außerhalb unserer regulären Öffnungszeiten steht unsere Security Service für Notfälle zur Verfügung.
An der Säule beim Haupteingang des Hotels befindet sich ein Taster. Durch Betätigen des Taster werden Sie mit unserem Security Service verbunden.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass bei vorsätzlicher oder unbegründeter Inanspruchnahme des Sicherheitsdienstes Gebühren anfallen (bis zu 100€ pro Einsatz).

Die Sauna wird gerne auf Anfrage beheizt - dauert ca. 30 Min.
Bitte melden Sie sich an der Rezeption, wenn Sie die Sauna nutzen möchten.

Fit Lounge
Zeiten: 24/7 geöffnet
Wir bitten Sie, Rücksicht auf die Gäste im Erdgeschoss zu nehmen.

Schuhputzmaschine
Im Treppenhaus steht eine Schuhputzmaschine zur freien Nutzung für unsere Gäste bereit.
Wir bitten darum, keine verschmutzten Schuhsohlen mit dem Gerät zu säubern.

Zimmerreinigung
Wir bitten das Türschild außen an Ihrer Tür anzubringen, damit Housekeeping Bescheid weiß.
Die Zimmer werden zwischen 9:00 und 13:00 Uhr gereinigt.

Handtücher
Housekeeping tauscht gerne die Handtücher in Ihrem Zimmer aus, wenn Sie diese auf den Badezimmerboden legen.
Aufgehängte Handtücher werden nicht ausgewechselt.

Strom
Um die Stromversorgung zu aktivieren, stecken Sie bitte Ihre Zimmerkarte in den Karten slot, der sich direkt neben dem Zimmereingang befindet.
Zimmer mit Terrasse: Für das Terrassenlicht befinden Sie sich
eigener Shalter beim Kartenslot

Fernseher
Es ist untersagt, eigene Geräte an den Fernseher im Zimmer anzuschließen (z. B. Playstation, Nintendo, Mobiltelefon).
Durch solche Verbindungen kann der Fernseher gestört werden, die Kosten für die Behebung dieser Störungen werden Ihnen in Rechnung gestellt.
Streamingdienste sind über Chromecast verfügbar.

Klimaanlage
Die Funktion ist nur aktiv, wenn die Fenster in Ihrem Zimmer geschlossen sind und die Zimmerkarte sich im Kartenslot befindet.
Die Standardtemperatur beträgt 22°C, kann jedoch manuell um
-/+ 1,5 Kelvin/Celsius angepasst werden.

Jalousien
Sie können die Jalousien manuell über das Bedienfeld ihres Raumthermostats öffnen und schließen.
Bei Windgeschwindigkeiten über 30 km/h öffnen sich die Jalousien und schließen sich anschließend wieder automatisch!

Tischlampe
Falls Ihre Tischlampe nicht funktionieren sollte, überprüfen Sie bitte, ob der Schalter an der Wand eingeschaltet ist, da unsere Tischlampe sowohl einen EIN/AUS-Knopf direkt am Stromkabel als auch einen Schalter an der Wand hat.

There is a button on the pillar at the main entrance of the hotel. By pressing this button you will be connected to our security service.

We kindly ask you to be considerate of the guests on the ground floor.

Shoe shine machine
There is a shoe shine machine for free use of our guests in the staircase .
We kindly ask you not to clean dirty shoe soles with the device.

Housekeeping
We kindly ask you to put the door sign on the outside of your door in order housekeeping knows about it.
The rooms are cleaned between 9:00 and 13:00 o'clock.

Towels
Our housekeeping will be happy to exchange the towels in your room if you put them on the bathroom floor.
Towels that have been hung up will not be replaced.

Electricity
Please insert your room card into the card slot in order to activate the power supply, which is located right next to the room entrance.
Terrace rooms: There is a separate switch for the terrace light next to the card slot.

TV
It is forbidden to connect your own devices to the TV in the room (e.g. Playstation, Nintendo, mobile phone).
Such connections may cause interference to the TV.
The coasts of correcting such interferences will be on your charge.
Streaming services only available via Chromecast

Air conditioning
The function is only active when the windows in your room are closed and the room card is in the card slot.
The standard temperature is 22°C in winter period and 24°C in summer period, but can be adjusted manually by +/- 1.5 Kelvin/Celsius.

Window blinds
You can open and close the blinds manually using the control panel of your room thermostat.
At wind speeds above 30 km / h, the blinds open and then close again automatically!

Desk lamp
If your table lamp is not working, please check if the switch on the wall is on, because our table lamp has both an ON/OFF button directly on the power cable and a switch on the wall.

Uprzejmie prosimy o umieszczenie znaku na drzwiach na zewnątrz drzwi, aby zespół sprzątający o tym wiedział.
Pokoje są sprzątane między godziną 9:00 a 13:00.

Pościel
Nasze sprzątanie chętnie wymieni ręczniki w twoim pokoju, jeśli położysz je na podłodze w łazience.
Ręczniki, które zostały zawieszone, nie zostaną wymienione.

Elektryczność
Włóż kartę pokoju do gniazda karty, aby aktywować zasilanie, które znajduje się tuż obok wejścia do pokoju.
Pokoje tarasowe: obok gniazda na kartę znajduje się osobny przełącznik oświetlenia tarasu.

TV
